By accessing and using Hikari AI anime upscaling service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Hikari AI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and image upscaling. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Service Availability
Hikari AI strives to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not violate copyright laws, contain inappropriate material, or exceed file size limits. Users must respect our daily upload limits based on their plan.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose, to upload copyrighted content without permission, or to attempt to compromise the security of our systems.
Cancellation and Refunds
Pro Plan Cancellation
Pro plan subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
No Refund Policy
All Pro plan payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of your subscription or for any reason after payment is processed.
Service Continuation
After cancellation, you will continue to have Pro access until the end of your paid period, after which your account will revert to the Basic plan.
Payment Issues
If there are issues with payment processing, please contact our support team. We may temporarily suspend Pro features if payments fail.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection
We collect and store daily image upload data for signed-in users who authenticate through Google Gmail. This includes upload timestamps, file sizes, and processing metrics.
Image Storage
Uploaded images are temporarily processed on our servers and automatically deleted after processing is complete. We do not permanently store your uploaded images.
User Information
We collect basic profile information from your Google account including name, email address, and profile picture for authentication and account management purposes.
Usage Analytics
We track usage statistics including number of images processed, subscription status, and feature usage to improve our service and ensure fair usage.

Third-Party Services
We use Google Authentication for login and PayPal for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies that apply to their data handling practices.
Image Processing and Data Handling
We track the number of images uploaded and processed per user for usage monitoring, plan enforcement, and analytics purposes. However, we do not inspect, analyze, or permanently store the content of uploaded images. Images are processed automatically and deleted from our servers once processing is complete.
